第100套交付！上海能源装备联手PGT打造国际先进洗涤塔解决方案提供商

　　2020年8月10日上午8时，随着一阵振奋人心的鸣笛声，STI AMBER轮在华润大东船厂完成了洗涤塔加装工程，顺利离厂。这标志着中国电建（601669）集团上海能源（600508）装备有限公司(简称“上海能源装备”)与Pacific Green Technologies(简称“PGT)合作的第100套船用洗涤塔系统成功交付。4年以来，上海能源装备洗涤塔业绩涵盖了集装箱、散货、油轮三大主流船型、40多个系列，从1.4万吨化学品到14000TEU集装箱，圆满实现确保品牌强势地位的战略目标。

　　自2016年10月签订第一个合同，2017年7月成功交付国内首台套船用洗涤塔，上海能源装备/PGT洗涤塔业务已成功交付100台套，这些成果离不开船东的支持、船厂的配合和各方的通力合作。在全球脱硫市场大幅回落、竞争日趋激烈、接单难和交付难现象更为突出的大背景下，上海能源装备在实现2019年交付45套设备的基础上，逆势而行，优化各方资源配置，加强质量管控，完善系泊试验和海上试验流程，有效保障了洗涤塔的高质量交付，得到客户的一致好评。

　　 Pacific Green Technologies celebrates installation of100th marine gas scrubber At8:00am on August10,2020,STI AMBER,an oil and chemical tanker,cruised smoothly out of the Huarun Dadong Dockyard in Shanghai,China,marking the100th successful installation of a Pacific Green Technologies(PGTK)marine gas scrubber system.

　　 The installation was assisted by PGT’s Chinese partner,PowerChina.The two environmental technology giants first agreed to work together in2016and,since then,have installed100scrubber systems.

　　 The scrubbers have been installed on more than40series of ship types,including containers,bulk carriers and oil tankers.

　　 PGTK’s joint venture with PowerCh ina,one of the world’s largest engineering procurement construction companies with annual revenues of around$60billion,combines elite technical expertise with raw production capacity,and offers shipowners opportunities that simply aren’t possible when working with smaller operators.

　　 Of course,the global scrubber market has fallen sharply recently due to the coronavirus.Competition is becoming increasingly fierce,and it is more difficult to win orders.

　　 However,by delivering45scrubber installations in2019,PGTK/PowerChina have scaled resources to deliver an industry leading,guaranteed the high-quality delivery of scrubbers and earnt a hard-won reputation among customers for excellent resource allocation,strong quality control,and ever-improving test and sea trial processes.

　　 The PGTK ENVI-Marine scrubber system is not only smaller,more efficient,cheaper to install and costs around20%less to run than the competitions’product but it delivers marine scrubbing efficiency equivalent to an astonishing0.0047%sulphur fuel.
